I'm glad to hear that you're safe and to see that you're going to make it to the Christmas party. It's frustrating that just a few people on the "naughty list" can make such a stink. Are you sure it wasn't just Santa trying to deliver an early gift?

The neighborhood had several cars "visited" by teenage elves last night. There were at least 4 vehicles as of 9am this morning. My Lexus was lucky enough to be one that they visited. It's front passenger's window and my wallet are missing, but Johnson City's finest caught the elves this morning and they're enjoying the company of armed guards.

We're not going to let this damped our holidays though. The window and wallet can be replaced. Also, I got to meet a new neighbor whose car shared the same fate as mine. There are too many good things going on to get downcast by just a few bad ones.

Thanks Neil. I tried to talk the police officer out of his K9 but wasn't succesful!. So as soon as the police were finished I went to the animal shelter and got my own early Christmas present. I adopted a 5 month old hound.

According to the police 310 W.Poplar (directly behind me) and 313 W.Maple were broken into yesterday or this morning.

They may have caught them.
